A British Marine returns home from Afghanistan broken in body and Spirit. Told because of his serious wounds he will be discharged from the military, the only job he has ever known, he struggles to find his way. Accepting an invitation from a former brother in arms he travels to Las Angeles, California to start afresh. After meeting an American woman who struggles equally with deep emotional trauma, he tries to pick up the pieces. Will their passion filled relationship bring them happiness and personal redemption or cause them to sink deeper into their own personal hell.
